4. Product & Pricing Information

Caroline Mitchell Millinery products and designs displayed on the Site are described as accurately as possible. There may be occasions where it will be necessary to modify some product descriptions or pricing due to product or design characteristic change or alteration. Other reasons may be legal or regulatory. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.K. Pounds.

5. Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. To ensure ‘true or reasonable likeness’ of colours, check that your display colour settings are set to the highest possible. This website is optimised for monitor display settings of 800×600 or 1024×768 with High Color (16 bit) for pc’s or thousands/millions of colours for mac’s.

6. Ordering

When ordering please ensure that  the item(s), size, colour, and quantity are correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders incorrectly completed. Please ensure you provide us with your e-mail address, as you will receive confirmation of your order. It is up to you to correct any mistakes you may have made by contacting us immediately. A contract between the customer and Caroline Mitchell Millinery, for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not effect the customers statutory rights. Caroline Mitchell Millinery must receive full payment for you order before it can accepted and dispatched. Once your payment has been accepted and stock availability checked, Caroline Mitchell Millinery will send you a confirmation email of your order, or if otherwise stated, through the post. Please keep a copy of this confirmation for you records. We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. Caroline Mitchell Millinery reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason. You have a right to cancel a order for any reason up to the point of payment. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any deposits made will not be returned. A 20% deposit must be made in order to secure your order with Caroline Mitchell Millinery.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that the Site will be suitable for your purposes or requirements. 11. Returns

For faulty returns, Caroline Mitchell Millinery will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to Caroline Mitchell Millinery.  We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind, you may want to send goods Recorded Delivery. You may also want to make sure you have sufficient insurance cover, especially when returning valuable products.
